Clipboard Operations
Standard keyboard shortcuts for cell-level copy, cut, and paste. Each operation captures the full event data — note pitch, instrument assignment, and velocity.
- - Ctrl+C — copy the selected cell
- - Ctrl+X — cut (copy then clear) the selected cell
- - Ctrl+V — paste into the current cell
- - Copies note, instrument name, and volume in one operation
- - Chord events are preserved — multi-note cells paste correctly
Smart Instrument Mapping
When pasting into a different channel, Potatoslicer automatically maps the pasted note to the target channel's instrument so it plays back correctly.
